Our waist bag is a mix of resin and Olive wood. Perfect for casual and chic events. This piece is lined with supple genuine goat leather to protect your belongings inside of it and finally protected with a genuine leather cover. Coupled with a genuine leather adjustable belt. You have the option between styling it as a waist bag or as a cross one. This masterpiece is fully handmade by local artisans. Each bag is individually made with a different part of an olive tree and will therefore have its own individual character and look. None is like the other!

Shipping Policy

BOADK ships within Egypt and internationally. Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination, order type, and courier service.

1. Processing Time

In-stock orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

Made-to-order, custom, or personalized pieces may require additional production time. Where applicable, the estimated timeframe will be communicated on the product page or at the time of order.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Egypt: approximately 5–7 business days
• International: approximately 10–15 business days, depending on the destination

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances outside BOADK's control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping method.

BOADK works with trusted courier and delivery partners for domestic and international shipments.

4. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in BOADK's product or shipping prices unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.

5. Delays

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside BOADK's reasonable control, including courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other logistical disruptions.

Return, Refund and Exchange

[ RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ]

BOADK pieces are handcrafted using natural materials and artisanal techniques. Slight variations in wood grain, texture, resin flow, tone, and finish are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Please note that return, refund, and exchange conditions differ between orders delivered within Egypt and international orders. Kindly refer to the relevant section below.

1. Orders Within Egypt

Returns & Exchanges

Orders delivered within Egypt are eligible for return or exchange within 4 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in the same condition in which they were received
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Include all original accessories and protective elements

All returned items are inspected upon receipt. BOADK may decline a return or exchange if an item shows signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, mishandling, or missing components.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs for returns or exchanges unless otherwise approved by BOADK in writing.

2. International Orders

International orders are eligible for exchange only. Refunds are not available for international purchases unless the item has a verified manufacturing defect or an approved shipping-damage claim.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 4 days of delivery, and the item must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above.

For international exchanges, customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping to Egypt
• Reshipping costs from Egypt to the destination country
• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and appropriate shipping insurance. BOADK cannot guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the external shipping box and packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label
• Your order number

For international deliveries, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video in case a shipping-damage claim is required.

BOADK will review the information provided and, depending on the circumstances, may offer an appropriate resolution such as repair, replacement part, exchange, store credit, or refund.

BOADK is not responsible for damage resulting from accidental drops, mishandling, improper storage or use, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.

4. Final Sale Items

Sale or discounted items, custom-made pieces, personalized orders, and made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, BOADK may approve a partial refund for an item that:

• Shows signs of use
• Is not returned in its original condition
• Has been damaged for reasons not attributable to BOADK
• Is returned more than 4 days after delivery

Any partial refund is subject to review and approval by BOADK.
